Yellow House Publishing Ltd is committed to promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and good relations in all aspects of its work. 

We recognise the importance of creating an environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of background, identity, or personal circumstance. 

This policy has been developed in line with equality principles and legislative standards applicable within Northern Ireland, including guidance issued by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland and the obligations contained within:

• Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998
• The Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998
• The Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976
• The Disability Discrimination Act 1995
• The Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1997
