1. How to E-mail Home-Views through Microsoft Outlook?
Please follow these few simple steps. It only takes a few seconds:
1. Click on the Home-Views E-mail version Link, that you received from us, which should automatically open your Home-Views E-mail version in your internet browser.
(in some cases you'll need to highlight the entire link, then right click your mouse, select copy, then open any internet browser, like Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla, or Opera, and paste our link into your web browser address window.)
2. In your Internet browser menu, click on the "Edit", then select "Select All", then click again on your menu "Edit", then select "Copy" (this will copy Home-Views into your computer memory).
3. Open your E-mail program, like Outlook or Outlook Express, point to the body of your e-mail, click on the menu "Edit", then "Paste".
Now you should see your Home-Views Monthly Newsletter in the body of your e-mail.

A. Please follow these few simple steps. It only takes a few seconds:
1. Click on the Home-Views E-mail version Link, that you received from us, which should automatically open your Home-Views E-mail version in your Microsoft Internet Explorer. (in some cases you need to highlight the entire links, then right click your mouse, select copy, then open Microsoft Internet Explorer, and paste our link into the address window.)
2. In your Microsoft Internet Explorer menu, click on the "Edit", then select "Select All", then click again on your menu "Edit", then select "Copy" (this will copy Home-Views into your computer memory).
3. Log into your hotmail account
4. Click on "New" (to send new e-mail)
5. Click on the body of a new e-mail (where you write your e-mail text)
6. Click on your keyboard "Enter key"
7. Click on the icon "Paste Text" (right next to "Font Style")
Now you should have your your Home-Views in the body of your e-mail.
8. Just type in the address of the person (or people) you want to send Home-Views to and click "Send".
(Note: If you are using other internet browser than "Microsoft Internet Explorer" you may not be able to paste Home-Views into the body of your e-mail.)

4. How to E-mail Home-Views through Microsoft Yahoo Account
These are the steps to send Home-Views through Yahoo e-mail account:
1. Open the page with your E-mail version of Home-Views.
2. On your internet browser manu click "Edit", then "Select All"(you are selecting the whole Home-Views Newsletter Page). Again click on the manu bar "Edit", then "Copy" (your just copied the your Home-Views into your computer memory).
3. Now log into your Yahoo account and click "New" to send out new email. Then right click your mouse in the body area of your email (where you would type in the message) and left click "Paste" (this should paste your Home-Views from the computer memory into your email).
4. Just type in the address.
Note: Yahoo email will not work well with Firefox Mozilla web browser and please make sure you are have selected "Rich Text" and not "Plain Text" (next to "Subject").

A. Most likely your e-mail is not set up for HTML e-mails. It is an easy fix:
Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the menu "Tools", then select "Options".
Under Mail Format tab, where it says: "Compose in this message format" you should have selected "HTML" and NOT "Plain Text" or "Rich Text".
Just select "HTML", click OK and .... that's it.
Now follow the steps to send Home-Views e-mail version.

A. Open Microsoft Outlook Express and click on the menu "Tools", then select "Options".
Select "Send" tab and you should see on the bottom "Mail Sending Format".
Make sure you have selected "HTML" and NOT "Plain Text".
Just select "HTML", click OK and .... that's it.
Now follow the steps to send Home-Views e-mail version.

1. Please open your "Control Panel" (click on the link to your "Control Panel" that we have emailed to you when you subscribed to Home-Views Marketing Monthly Newsletter
2. Click the Icon representing the version that you would like the web address to
3. Your web browser should open in a new window and the web address can be copied from the "Address" field. (This is the field where you would normally type the web addresss of the web site that you want to visit).

When you subscribe to Home-Views, you will receive only 1 link, which will take you to your "Control Panel" page. From this page you will have access to all the versions of Home-Views that you have subscribed to.
Your E-mail and Webpage version links will stay the same and they will never change. Only the content of your Home-Views will change and will be updated automatically on the 1st of every month. This way you can always use the same E-mail and Webpage Links to your Home-Views.
Please visit your "Control Panel" page frequently, as we will post notification on the exact date when we will update your Print .pdf version. E-mail and Webpage versions will always update on the 1st day of the month.

Yes, you can. Just please e-mail to: Graphics@YellowHousePublishing.com your photo or logo and new contact information and we will be happy to make all the changes on your Home-Views customized area for you.
We do not charge for these changes and will be happy to assist you.

13. I have a Website and would like to incorporate Home-Views Webpage into my website. Can you do it for my and if not, how can I do it?
The only person that can add Home-Views Webpage to your website is the person that has access and is able to make changes to it. In most cases it is a webmaster, however some companies like Keller Williams, Remax, Etc, allow you to add pages or links to your own website.
All that needs to be done is to either add an extra button (just like buttons "home" or "About me" or "My listings" or "Contact me") and call it Home-Views or My newsletter, etc to your main Webpage and use the Home-Views Webpage LINK that you received from us as the address for this button.
This way when someone clicks this button your Home-Views will open in either it's own page or as a part of your website.
You can also instead of adding a button, add a Hyperlink Text, which when someone clicks on it will to the same as a button.
Please keep in mind you can have someone open your Webpage 1, Webpage 2 or directly your E-mail version of Home-Views. Just use the correct LINK that you received from us originally.
If you don't have it or misplaced it, please let us know and we will e-mail to your your links.

A. Yes, it can. We do provide Additional Print Letterhead Page (letterhead) with scaled down Home-Views Header, where you can write your personal message, include your listings and local information, print and mail along with the Home-Views Newsletter. (PDF flies can not be modified without additional PDF Editing software.)
