(5) Additional Print Letterhead Page (for writing your personal notes, listings, coupons, etc.)
You can choose from Home-Views Photo version or Cartoon version.
Spanish Language version of Home-Views Monthly Newsletter is also available or you can subscribe to English and Spanish version for only $40.00 per month.

Q. I am not an expert in computers. Is it complicated to e-mail Home-Views Newsletter?
A. It is very simple and it takes less than a minute. Just follow these steps:
1. Click on the link below to go to your Home-Views Newsletter web page e-mail feature (here we are using an example page).

2. In your Internet browser menu, click on the "Edit", then select "Select All", then click again on your menu "Edit", then select "Copy" (this will copy Home-Views into your computer memory).
3. Open your E-mail program, like Outlook or Outlook Express, point to the body of your e-mail, click on the menu "Edit", then "Paste".
Now you should see your Home-Views Monthly Newsletter in the body of your e-mail.

A. As noted above, the subscription cost is $30.00 per month. There are no long-term contracts, no set-up fees, and no cancellation fees, which means that by subscribing there is no risk. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time for any reason.

Q. Is there an area for me to include a message that I would like to write myself? I also want to include my listings and local information--can this be done?
A. Yes, it can. We do provide additional page (letterhead) with scaled down Home-Views Header, where you can write your personal message, include your listings and local information, print and mail along with the Home-Views Newsletter. (PDF flies can not be modified without additional PDF Editing software. We do not provide the software or .pdf file editing support).

Q. I am a real estate broker and my husband is a builder/remodeler. I would like to do a joint marketing effort with him to our past clients. Can we put two pictures on the newsletter?
A. Yes, you can have the bottom of the second side of the newsletter customized to your needs. You can have two photos, two contact information listings, and almost any other small item that will fit in this area—provided that the newsletter will be mailed in an envelope. If you want to mail the newsletter by itself (not inside an envelope), then some of the area needs to be left available for stamp and mailing information.

Q. We'd like to include some custom information that may change frequently—for example, announce the opening of a new development, include reminders of seasonal services we do such as basement finishing or exterior work, and the like. Is this possible to include and will I need to have Adobe Writer to input my custom information myself or will you do it?
A. The only area that can be customized when setting up the Home-Views Newsletter is the area on the bottom of the second side, as noted in the answer above. We cannot modify the newsletter content and articles. If you decide to modify the content for your own use, you may do so, but we do not provide any technical support.
We suggest that if you would like to send your clients additional pertinent information, use an additional page or pages, which will allow you to have more space. Home-Views Newsletter is designed as a two-sided single page to be cost-effective.

A. The articles are written by professional writers and produced and designed by our award- winning designers.

Q. Are the articles written for a specific area?
A. The content of the newsletter is not area-specific; it can be used by realtors/mortgage originators in all 50 states. The content is about real estate, but also covers a variety of other subjects that relate to everyday living.
We believe that by making the newsletter interesting and enjoyable, the recipient will want to read it and will in turn remember the sender—you, the realtor/mortgage originator who would like to earn that person’s business.

Q. I don’t have a color printer. What can I do?
A. The Home-Views Newsletter comes to you in a .pdf file, which can either be put on a disk or a USB drive or simply forwarded by you or us to your local printing shop (Kinkos, Staples, or the like). They can print, fold, label, and even mail the newsletters for you. Keep in mind that getting a few quotes is always a good idea.

Q. Why should I subscribe to Home-Views Newsletter when I could just do my own newsletter?
